Did they forget about Lyrl or does Vril Jr. spawn again? (And if he does, how? Will he clone himself? Or have off-screen "relations" with an unknown woman we'll never know about? Why is this the first thing I think of when I read this?)

(Random: 1 issue and 3 annuals, and I'll have all of LEGION/REBELS. This will be the first long-running series that I'll have the entire series of once I get these.)

Okay. I know that DCcomics.com somethimes changes the release date of monthly issues. I know that sometimes issues get pushed back because someone didn't meet their deadline or whatever.
