-Piper tied up in yellow and blue ribbon…and only that …No wait, yes, that.
-50 cases of Hubba Bubba Bubble Tape®
-Countdown to Final Crisis to have never happened

-Another severe beating for Axel Walker! (liabrown)
-Rubber chickens, and lots of them. (runenklinge)

I think the fourth is the best...

- not nec. through illegal means- there is something more rewarding in public humiliation of a hero when it doesn't get you jail time or community service... even if the latter isn't so bad since he could arrange to be at one of those ones Hart always works at and he could torment him all day
