I finally got to doing this. Took me longer than I expected.

pervyficgirl.
Five fav. female characters.
In no particular order:
Oracle, Barbara Gordon – Birds of Prey

She cyber-did it with Ted Kord. And probably has seen him do it with Booster, with all that surveillance she does. What more do you want?
I always thought that she's really cool. She has contact with practically every super hero. She's the intel everyone goes to.
...She's the hot librarian.
Toshiko Sato – Torchwood

Taken from the BBC website.
Tosh is easily one of my favorite characters on Torchwood. And my favorite female character on the show. She's sweet and geeky.
Linda Park-West – Flash

I love Linda. She kicked so much ass. She's such a strong character (and she'd have to be, she's married to Wally).
(Wally/Linda is my canon OTP.)
I don't know what the hell's going on right now in the Flash title, to be honest. (I'm kinda not really reading it, just skimming.) But, from what I have read, Linda's not the same person I remember, really.
Death – The Sandman

Death was awesome. And her floppy hat collection. She is, by far, my favorite incarnation of death. She's perky and rather down-to-earth, despite being, well, death. She's such a fun character.
Rose Tyler – Doctor Who

Hmm. What can I say about Rose? I liked her. In the first series moreso the second. She started off great, really. She was caring and brave and a pretty great character. But, I remember watching the end of the second and thinking "...What?"
...I wanna go re-read a few comics now...
Pics/scans found from various parts of the internet, using Google, unless written otherwise. None are mine.

Date: 2008-03-08 03:24 am (UTC)Ah, Bab/Ted. Such a great couple. I thought they made such a much better pairing than Dick/Babs ever did.
Your other choices are awesome, too. Though I prefer early Linda to her current incarnation, I do agree that she is the best person for Wally ever.

Hopefully it is only a writer difference of character voice not a characterization change.
